Vote 4 the Host

Overview

We are organizing the "Vote 4 the Host" Campaign with our strategic partner Nektar to capture the will of citizens and let you decide which country will host our International Academy.

Anyone older than 15 years old can join the campaign, promote on social media and vote anonymously. You can join the campaign as an “Active Citizen” and you can support as an “Influencer”.

Your Mission

Your mission is to help your country - or any country - become the host of the WSA International Academy and in the process, earn as many NK5 tokens as possible.

Incentive for Active Citizens

• 50 NK5 will be distributed to the first 25,000 participants who Register

• 10,500,000 NK5* will be distributed to every participant who Vote

* If you are not eligible to receive NK5 tokens because of the regulations in your country, you will be able to use your Nektar Points to purchase merchandising or keep them until the next campaign.

Rewards for Influencers

Actively promote our content or create impactful content (image, audio or video) to support your country and share it on all your social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram etc) with your referral code. The more referrals, views & likes you get, the more Nektar Points (NKP) you will earn.

• The top 1,000 Influencers to have earned the greatest number of Nektar Points (NKP) will share 10,500,000 NK5 in Rewards.

Individuals and companies from almost every jurisdictions are eligible to receive NK5 tokens from the Campaign Reward pool, regardless of crypto regulations in their country. Contact Nektar for more information.

What you need to join

To join the campaign you must be 15 years old and have :

• 1 EVM Wallet

• 1 Account on X / Twitter

How to Register

1. Go to the NK5 campaign portal

2. Connect your EVM wallet (e.g. EVM-based wallet like MetaMask)

3. Link your X account (formerly Twitter)

4. Follow WSA and the NK5 Chain on X

5. Like and share our pinned content (the first post on our profile pages)

That's it, you are registered !

Polls

Available to anyone who is registered and holding an EVM wallet (no KYC required)

There will be a minimum of 2 polls on the NK5 Snapshot space (live July 2026). The five (5) states receiving the greatest number of votes on Snapshot following the 2nd round will be the final candidates for hosting the WSA International Academy and will move to the second round of votes on Tally.

• 1st Poll : When 1,000,000 participants have registered or between August 10th to August 16th, 2026, which ever comes first.

• 2nd and Final Poll : 10 days after the 1st Poll or between August 17th to August 23rd, 2026, which ever comes first.

Votes

Available to anyone who is verified (KYC) and holding a UNCgov token

There will be a minimum of 2 votes on Tally. The three (3) states receiving the greatest number of votes on the first round of votes will be the final candidates for hosting the WSA International Academy. When three (3) states have been selected, a second vote will be held. The state hosting the WSA International Academy will be selected by a simple majority of the votes.

• 1st Vote : 10 days after the Final Poll or between September 1st to September 7th, 2026, which ever comes first.

• 2nd Vote : 2 days after the 1st vote or between September 14th to September 19th, 2026, which ever comes first.

• Your UNCgov token will be issued once you verify your identity - prior the 1st vote
